HEINEKEN Ireland have won December’s Campaign of the Month for their eye-catching and tactical Out Of Home campaign, which tied in with the highly-anticipated extension of the Luas Green Line through the City Centre to Broombridge. The campaign was visible on a wide variety of JCDecaux formats including JCDecaux Bus Shelters, Metropoles, Luas Columns, Luas Portrait Panels and Luas Tram Centres.

As part of the campaign, HEINEKEN Ireland promoted a clear and responsible message by handing out free Leap cards to lucky consumers and bar staff. This further extended the reach of the campaign and encouraged consumers to get home safely during the Christmas period.

Ronan McCormack, Senior Brand Manager HEINEKEN Ireland said:  “Green and Red are our brand colours and this partnership was the perfect way to celebrate the coming together of the Green and Red Lines in Dublin City Centre, and to underpin the importance we place on the responsible consumption of our product”.

We were delighted to work with HEINEKEN Ireland, Starcom, JCDecaux and Rothco on this campaign, contextually linking the OOH creative to the launch of the extension of the Luas Green Line”.   

The campaign was booked with JCDecaux by media agency Starcom and outdoor specialist Kinetic. The creative was a collaboration between Rothco and JCDecaux.
