On Thursday 13th November the Irish sponsorship community gathered in the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel to celebrate excellence in the field of sponsorship.

The host for the evening, Dermot Whelan, made a surprise entrance on a Coca-Cola Zero dublinbike to kick off proceedings and 16 trophies were presented to the top organisations in Ireland's sponsorship sector.

JCDecaux were one of the sponsors of the awards and Tony O’Flanagan, Marketing Director of JCDecaux Ireland was delighted to present Carat Ireland with the award for the Best Use of Print & Outdoor in Sponsorship Activation for Bank of Ireland ‘Sponsor for a Day’, and Heineken Sound Atlas with the Best Innovation in Sponsorship Award. We also sponsored the award for Best Use of PR in Sponsorship Activation which went to Fleishman Hillard for the BT Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition 2014, 50 Years of Innovation.
